Introduction of WPC Door

Many customers don't know much about the structure of WPC doors. Today we will introduce the structure of WPC doors.
Our door leaf is made of 6cm solid wood skeleton with filler in the middle. There are generally three choices of fillers, PU foam mute board, honeycomb paper, and chipboard. Generally speaking, the most widely used PU foam mute board is very sound insulation. Well, if it is used in the hotel, you can choose the bridge hole board, which has the best sound insulation effect.

The two sides of the door leaf are our two door skins, and the surface of the door skin is pvc film. The door skin is 2mm thick.
The door leaf is surrounded b edge banding. Our edge-sealing is edge-sealed by an automatic edge-banding machine, using German PUR glue. The effect is very good. Most customers judge the quality by checking the edge-banding strip . We used 1mm thick PVC edge banding. The color and door leaf remain the same, very delicate.
Our door leaf is 45mm thick, with a maximum height of 2400mm and a maximum width of 1000mm.
Door leaves can be made flat or shaped, we do have a lot of beautiful styles and beautiful colors for you to choose from.
Compared with traditional wooden doors, WPC doors still have many advantages. It can be completely waterproof, termite-proof, flame-retardant, soundproof, durable, easy to clean and easy to install.
