Three Fillers of WPC Door


As the best selling door at present, WPC door is widely loved by customers, but many customers do not know much about the filler of wpc door. Today we will talk about the three main fillers of WPC door.
The first is honeycomb paper, which is an entry-level filler for many wooden doors. 

Honeycomb paper is made according to the natural honeycomb structure principle. It is a new type of environment-friendly and energy-saving material with sandwich structure, which is made by connecting corrugated base paper into numerous hollow solid hexagonal shapes with adhesive bonding method to form a whole stressed part -- paper core and bonding face paper on both sides. Its advantages are light weight, less material consumption and low cost.
The second type is PU Foam board. The PU Foam board is a hard board made of polystyrene resin as the main raw material, which is extruded by a high mixing type and continuously extruded by a special process.

This product is moisture proof, waterproof, corrosion resistant, flame retardant, lightweight, long service life, etc. It is currently used more as a filler.
The third type is the bridge opening slab. The bridge opening slab is a unique tubular structure made of solid wood chips by using the principle of arch bridge opening and high-tech processing. 
It can disperse the external force evenly without deformation. The tubular structure reduces the weight of the bridge opening mechanical plate by 60% compared with the same solid wood plate. At the same time, the bridge opening mechanical plate can effectively prevent the diffusion of temperature, achieve a good thermal insulation effect, and has the characteristics of fire prevention, sound insulation, environmental protection, etc

The above three kinds of fillers are currently the most commonly used ones for WPC doors. Customers can choose suitable fillers and doors according to their own preferences and characteristics
