WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) made from a unique combination of wood fiber and new plastic. It offers the best advantages of plastic and wood, waterproof, termite resistant, flame retardant... Shengyifa WPC doors factory is more than 400 workers here. The first floor is the MDF doors workshop, everything from raw materials to the packaging and delivery of finished products is done here. The second floor is WPC doors workshop, we can see the whole production process of the door in this workshop. There are thousands of finished doors can be seen being sent to customers every day.



When the first rays of the morning sun hit the workshop, managers of each production line are having regular morning meeting. They are lining up to report yesterday's work and arrange new work tasks. The workers are working hard at their posts.

The CNC machine is producing the WPC doors one by one according to the order of our ERP production software, so that our customers can get the size they need. The finished products, packed by the automatic baler properly, will be sent to all parts of the world, installed to the customer's home by the professional shop master.
